DOUG DINGMAN
Mr. Dingman began his retail automotive career as a finance and insurance specialist with Pat Ryan and Associates in the mid 1980’s. As an F & I specialist, he traveled nationally developing finance departments varying in size, selling systems, demographics, and car lines. In 1990, he joined one of Washington’s leading Ford dealers as General Sales Manager and assisted in increasing monthly retail sales from 200 to 400 units. After three successful years, he was recruited back to Pat Ryan and Associates/Resource Dealer Group as their Senior District Sales Manager, specializing on dealership development and acquisition. As co-founder of Pro Consulting LLC, Doug’s main focus is centered on developing people and programs to increase dealership profits.
CRAIG ALMON
Mr. Almon began his career in the automobile business with Pat Ryan & Associates in the late 80’s. His first twelve months included nationwide travel where he performed full capacity F&I services as an F&I Specialist for 9 different dealerships. Promoted to district manager in 1990 Craig was nationally recognized for his contribution to the development of the Northwest Region dealer base. Promoted to Regional Business Development Manager in 1994, Mr. Almon was responsible for the training and management of company personnel as well as the development of the Northwest regions’ largest “Mega dealer” groups. In 1998 Mr. Almon co-founded PRO Consulting LLC with Doug Dingman and continues the focus of dealership personnel and profit development for clients.
KEVIN HAYES
Mr. Hayes graduated from Central Washington University in 2002 in Business Administration/International Business. He started his career as the accounting manager at Olympic Color Rods in Seattle concentrating on GAAP Accounting, collections, and business development. He was recognized at OCR for developing a successful on line glass sales site. In 2005, Kevin began his automotive career with the Hertz Corporation as a Station Manager working in fleet operations, vehicle movement, and revenue management coaching. While at Hertz he successfully completed the LEAN Management training matrix with Optiprise International to help Hertz with there restructuring plan. In 2007, Mr. Hayes started with PRO Consulting L.L.C. as there Operations Manager to concentrate on business development and growth.
