Since 1998, PRO has been offering Vehicle Service Contracts through numerous A+ rated by A.M. Best insurance companies.

We work with multiple insurance companies to find the best fit for your dealership including New, Certified, Used to High mile used Vehicles, RV and Powersports. These contracts offer customized programs to meet the individual need of each dealer and their clients, including market-driven options which compliment manufacturers’ programs, such as Diesel Wraps, Extended Power Train Wraps, Certified and Lifetime Wraps.

In addition, PRO offers multiple High Mileage Programs available on any vehicle, including those with over 100,000 miles so don’t have to be a franchise dealer to offer great coverage.

Through the use of a one-part contract, dealership personnel have the ability to offer their customers a combination of coverages and terms that best suit the customer’s driving habits. As a bonus, all PRO contracts, with the exception of High Mileage, include Roadside Assistance, rental benefits and trip interruption for the full term of the contract.

Protect the vehicle investment — not just its value — with (GAP), a product that covers the “gap” between the vehicle’s value and the amount owed. GAP product provides protection to the customer on both new and used vehicles, pays up to $1,000 of the customer’s insurance deductible if the vehicle is recovered, and pays up to 150% of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price on New and up to 150% of the average retail book value for Used in the event of a Total Loss or Unrecovered Theft.

All GAP policies are underwritten by an A Rated Carrier and are eligible for reinsurance and are fully insured.

PRO has automotive credit insurance that we can offer to our dealerships. Our credit insurance is written through American National Insurance (A Rated by A.M. Best). As a provider of credit insurance, underwriting and administration, our provider offers its dealer clients credit insurance underwriting participation through several investment programs. Our credit claims examiners have over 45 years combined experience in claims administration.

In addition, all credit insurance certificates and forms produced at the dealer level are managed from our provider’s corporate office. PRO offers some of the highest paid commissions to the dealer available in the market place today.

PRO has unique and exclusive products from multiple providers available for New Franchises on their new AND pre-owned inventory including RV Dealers. PRO’s Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW) is available for product lines, and their adjoining franchises, domestic and import. With the LLWs PRO offers, it is as simple as it sounds, vehicles are covered for unlimited miles and time as long as the customer owns the vehicle. That’s it! No gimmicks, no hidden catches.

PRO offers a tire & wheel product, with no aggregate limit. This tire/wheel program covers what most competitive products don’t cover, sidewall damage and curb damage. This product can be fully insured as well.

Additionally, the tire/wheel program provides reimbursement coverage for repair of wheel replacement when damaged by a Road Hazard. This product can be offered for either three (3) or five (5) years and can be sold separately or in a package.

Paintless Dent Repair, is a unique protection package available through authorized dealers. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) provides three (3) years of coverage against minor door dings that are repairable by use of Paintless Dent Repair techniques. PRO has developed a nationwide network of fulfillment technicians that specialize in this repair.

The benefit is available on both new and used vehicles, and there is no limit to the number of times the benefit can be used. All customer appointments are scheduled at the selling dealership’s location, as the repair time usually takes no longer than an oil and filter change. Setting appointments at the dealership provides the service department an opportunity to schedule maintenance services for the customer at the same time.

It has been proven by independent studies that a hydrophobic coating such as Diamon Fusion®, applied on car windshields and side glass, improves visibility during rainy conditions over 30%, giving an additional second of reaction time to the driver and improving response time by 25%, which translates into an invaluable safety feature.
